Mr. Henderson is Broker and Principal of Ranch Properties West Realty. Established in 2001, Ranch Properties West is a full service real estate firm that specializes in representing properties in the North County area of San Diego with special emphasis in the communities of Santaluz, Verazzano, Rancho Santa Fe, Fairbanks Ranch, Poway and Scripps Ranch.
Mr. Henderson has been involved in all facets of sales, sales management and sales training for the luxury, general real estate market and superior master planned communities for the past twenty years. Because he has been involved in every type of luxury real estate sale, which includes new home sales for national builders, custom homes, resale homes and custom homesite sales, he has gained a complete understanding of all types of sales processes.
Mr. Henderson was previously Broker Associate with Santaluz Realty, a subsidiary of the DMB Associates family of companies that developed the 3,500 acre, exclusive residential community of Santaluz. While at Santaluz Realty, Henderson was highly involved with the custom home development and marketing process for some of San Diego's finest custom home builders. Prior to this, Henderson was in charge of sales and marketing for Innovative Resort Communities in the master planned community of Cielo in Rancho Santa Fe, California.
Before starting his real estate career, Henderson worked in Hotel Management with Atlas Hotels in Mission Valley, Guild Mortgage in Seattle, Washington where he learned the real estate finance business and later with The Corky McMillan Companies of San Diego in new home sales and marketing management. While at McMillan, he distinguished
himself with sales transactions totaling over 600 new homes for the builder.
As a resident of Scripps Ranch and the San Diego area for almost 30 years, Mr. Henderson enjoys participating in many community and family activities with his wife, Anne, and their two children. As a family, they enjoy swimming, gymnastics, cycling and baseball, where Mr. Henderson assists with coaching his son's team.. They are actively involved with Scripps Ranch Community Assn., Children's Hospital Auxiliary and Dingeman Elementary School.
