Page www.ranchpropertieswest.com, potentially reaching
over 200 million people around the world. Additional benefits
include the ability to showcase your home 24 hours a day
7 days a week with high quality images, video tours and
printable marketing collateral.
4. Through a system of co-brokerage, we will actively
market your property to the San Diego brokerage community,
inviting other firms in San Diego to participate in the
sale of your home.
5. We will promote your property to our network of affiliates
throughout the country and internationally. Specifically,
we will enlist the marketing assistance of members of RELO
and Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, as well as other national
and international affiliates. There are over 1,000 firms
in these networks, with over 35,000 agents. Our network
is among the most extensive of any real estate firm.
6. If appropriate, we will create a brochure for your
property. It is produced by our award winning in-house
advertising agency and can enhance the sale-ability of
a property with our beautiful photographs and professional
presentation.
7. Your property can be promoted via direct mail to a
targeted market, major area corporations, as well as to
our network of all national companies that assist in corporate
relocations.
8. We will avail ourselves to coordinate all activity
regarding the marketing of your home. We will act as the
conduit for appointments and scheduling details.
9. We schedule Open Houses for the brokerage community
during the week, and if appropriate, schedule Open Houses
for the public on the weekends or evenings.
10. We will maintain a log of all potential purchasers
and real estate brokers who have viewed your property.
We will report to you as often as you would like on showings,
customer feedback and potential interest.
11. We will present all offers to you and will work with
you to complete the best possible deal for the sale of
